Q: How can I avail of discounted fares?
A: Book early to avail of discounted fares. Airlines also offer discounted fares on advance purchase. However these seats are limited and subject to availability. Airlines levy cancellation charges for these fares and airline rules and regulations are applicable. Passengers must carry valid photo identification during air travel.

Q: How much Baggage can I carry?
A: The lesser the better. Use stroller bags for convenience. As per airline rules, cargo bag up to 20 kgs and handbag up to 7kgs are permitted.

Please note: Sharp items such as scissors, nail cutters, knives, pointed metallic items, batteries etc. are not allowed in the hand bag and must be packed in cargo baggage.

Q: How can Students or Senior citizens avail of airfare concessions?
A: Students must submit their Identification cards with a letter from their college/university at the time of booking. These seats are strictly subject to availability. Passengers must carry valid photo identification during air travel.
Senior Citizens above 65 years must possess the Airlines Senior Citizen Card and carry valid photo identification with proof of age during air travel.

In-flight meals
Please specify your preference for in-flight meals at the time of booking. In-flight meals are subject to availability.

Some airlines may not provide in-flight meals. Passengers will have to buy in-flight snacks as per availability.

Airport Transfers
To serve you better, Our representatives will assist you to take a pre-paid taxi to your first reporting place & assist you for check-in formalities while dropping. This facility is provided subject to 15 guests on the flight.
 

All about Train Travel

Q: Who will book the train tickets? Is the rail fare included in the tour price?
A: We will assist to book train tickets on your behalf through our authorised agents or ITZ card. The train fares are not included in the tour price. Please specify the preferred class of train travel at the time of booking and pay the necessary amount.

Q: Can I get lower berths / II AC?
A: We cannot guarantee any specific berths or travelling class. Passengers will have to travel by the available class and seat numbers cannot be changed.

Q: Can I book train tickets on my own?
A: You can book train tickets on your own .

Indian Tour Price

Q: What is included in the Indian Tour Price?
A: Hotel accommodation as per the tour program.
- Bed tea/Coffee-Breakfasts-lunches-dinners as per the tour program.
- All 'Must see' sights and entry fees as mentioned in this World Showcase and www.kesari.in.
- Economy class, GIT airfare for following tours: Nepal (Mum-Kathmandu-Mum and Pokhara -Kathmandu), Leh Ladakh (Delhi-Leh-Delhi), Bhutan (Delhi-Paro-Delhi), Kailash Manasarovar (Mumbai-Kathmandu-Mumbai), Andaman (Chennai-Port Blair-Chennai).
- All scheduled group transfers.
- Guide and driver tips.
Pre-departure get-togethers at Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore for the Summer and Diwali tours.

Q: What is not included in the Indian Tour Price?
A: To and fro rail/airfare.
- Central Government tax of 4.08% on the basic Tour price excluding rail/airfare, which is subject to change as per the financial bill.
- Any increase in airfare after 1st January, 2006.
- High season surcharges if any for the super peak season of Diwali and X'mas.
- All tour prices are based on current costs available. Any increase in diesel and petrol prices, other costs and taxes after 1st - January 2006 will lead to a hike in the tour price and has to be borne by the passengers.
- Services not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any kind of personal expenses such as laundry, meals during rail travel, mineral water, medical expenses, room heater, horse riding, taxi, sledge, pony, tips, coolie/porter charges, any hotel room mini bar items, pay channels, any optional tours other than the scheduled tour programme and extra food/drinks not forming part of the group menus.
- All meals are preset and choice of menus is not available.
- Service tax as applicable by the government of India.
- Additional taxes as applicable by the government if payments are made by debit / credit card.
- Any other expenses not specifically mentioned in the "Tour cost includes" column.
